It's somehow scary to which extent our society is demanding all these blood and flesh. But hey, I went there and I enjoyed...the point is that we banalize violence because we have been lucky enough not to be confronted to the real thing: Yeap! Lots of reasons for self-critizism...

ok, I have to agree that to some extend all these guns and powders, and dead bodies flying around, etc is not what I would expect for enjoyment. Yet the "power" that comes out from these movies is a message which is exactly what we should be fighting, we are not stronger because we can kill. But thats humanity and humanitarian values which not everyone shares...
Now that i have a child I would like to show him that there is a future without killing each other, but I might sound very christian...no? Wasn't that the purpose of the first Christians? to teach peace and love for ourselves and between each others?
